Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, cat litter must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a return
To request a return, contact us at dijipeng93@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping
For returns that are not caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, MEOWME will cover the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Opened or used cat litter cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item after your return is approved and place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at dijipeng93@gmail.com.
